The Transformer Core is Built Up of Cold Rolled Grain Oriented Silicon Steel providing Lower Iron Loss, Higher Effency and Lower Weight.
All Windings Use Double Glass Covered Aluminium Sfrips with Class "F" insulation Making the Machine Suit Able for Use upto 155oc.
Natural Air Cooled Machine, However Forced Air Cooling Facility Can Be provided for Air Circulation.
Output Terminal are Provided On Aluminium Pads Which are Easily replaceable Incase of Burn Outs.
Current Regulation is Provided By a Solid Core Shunt Block with no Bakelite inserts Which Generally are Prone to Cracks and Breakages. The in and Out movement of this Block Provided Smooth and Stepless Current Regulation.
